Expression Memory provides hosted workspace access for saving and practicing expression-memory data under your account. Your access is personal to your account and subject to these Terms.

You may not:

  • Resell, sublicense, or share access to the Service without permission
  • Attempt to copy, scrape, or clone the hosted Service in violation of these Terms
  • Share, transfer, or sell account credentials or private workspace access
  • Remove proprietary notices or claim ownership of the Service or brand
  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws
3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate information.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are inactive for extended periods.

4. Payments, Access, and Refunds

Subscription and Credits

Paid plans and credits are billed according to the plan or package you select. Subscription features, renewal timing, and credit allocations are shown before checkout.

Service Access

After signup or payment, access is delivered through your Expression Memory account and hosted workspace.

Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the billing provider, plan terms, technical access issues, and applicable law.

To request a refund, please contact us at support@expression-memory.local with your order details and reason for the refund request. We will review each request on a case-by-case basis.

Price Changes and Discounts

Prices, discounts, credits, and plan features may change over time. Any changes do not affect charges that were already completed.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit harmful code or malware
  • Engage in unauthorized access or hacking
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Spam or send unsolicited communications
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Expression Memory and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EXPRESSION MEMORY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. IN ALL CASES, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Expression Memory from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that should survive termination shall survive.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

As we operate globally, we comply with applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the European Union, United Kingdom, or other regions with mandatory consumer protection laws, you retain the rights granted to you under such laws, and nothing in these Terms shall limit those statutory rights.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
